|Get HORTICOPIA® Remote Control Support|
To begin the remote session, click on the Show My PC link here (or below).
You may get some Windows security prompts, so be sure to click on Allow or whatever is required for the session to load and start.
Once the ShowMyPC application starts, click on the Show My PC Now button. You will then get a password which you will give to the HORTICOPIA technical support representative.
The following screen will appear once the program is ready to connect:
You will need to provide the password that's displayed to the technical support representative. By providing the password to the Horticopia representative, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service below.
