HORTICOPIA® Remote Support

To begin the remote session, click on the Show My PC link here (or below).

For some browsers, you will not see a Run and you will select Save and then run the application once it's downloaded.

You may get some Windows security prompts, so be sure to click on Allow or whatever is required for the session to load and start.

Once the ShowMyPC application starts, click on the Start a Meeting button. You will then get a 4 digit pin code which you will give to the HORTICOPIA technical support representative.

You will need to provide the password that's displayed to the technical support representative. By providing the password to the Horticopia representative, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service below

Remote access technical assistance from Horticopia, Inc. (“Horticopia”) is provided on the following basis:

  1. Horticopia's liability and the liability of its suppliers shall be limited to the total value of the Horticopia remote access technical support.
  2. Although Horticopia cannot guarantee that the provision of Horticopia remote access technical support will resolve your issue, Horticopia will make reasonable efforts to perform support services in a professional manner. To the extent permitted by law, the express warranty and remedies set forth herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, statutory, express or implied. As permitted by applicable law, Horticopia specifically disclaims any and all statutory or implied warranties, related to or arising in any way out of these terms, including any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Except as provided above, in no event shall Horticopia have any liability for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of data, loss of use or equipment or facilities, or interruption of business, arising in any way out of these terms and conditions under any theory of liability, whether or not Horticopia has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
