(Special Note: Even if you are using a new printer and have installed the software that came with it in the box, there is still a good chance that you are using an outdated print driver because they are updated so frequently. Download the driver from the manufacturers website to be sure that you are using the latest driver.)

| Another common cause for printing problems
is a lack of system resources. Resource problems are more frequent for users
of Windows 98 or ME. If you see the document on screen but it does not print
or partially prints, you could have a resource problem. You may need to
close any other running applications or reboot your machine before the system
will print properly. The only way to resolve a resource problem is to upgrade
your operating system. Adding memory or hard drive space will not solve
a resource problem. |

| If you have printed successfully before from HORTICOPIA® Professional (even one time) the problem is typically not with the software. You should try deleting your print driver and then reinstalling it. Most times this will resolve the problem or error message. | ||
