To more accurately diagnose a problem you are having, it is often necessary for you to send us an exact copy of the error message you are receiving.

To copy a message, you can press <Ctrl>C on your keyboard while the message is on the screen. Then open any text editing program such as Notepad or Microsoft^® Word and press <Ctrl>V or select Edit --> Paste from the menu bar.

You can also paste the message into an email or directly into the appropriate space on our Support Request Forms.
