How do I authorize a new computer?

First install HORTICOPIA® Professional on your new computer and make sure everything runs properly. Then, you will have 10 days to terminate your license on the old computer and authorize your new computer. For instructions on terminating your license, see Terminating the License.

If you have a hardware key, you should transfer your license to the hardware key and then use the hardware key on the new computer. No interaction with Horticopia is needed for this process.
