What do I do if I see some kind of unintelligible text in the tabs for the plants in my plant list?
You may experience the information in the Information and Contributed Data tabs being in some sort of "ruleless code". You may at the same time experience difficulties viewing pictures. Some of them may give the message "Picture Unavailable" and for others you may see unintelligible text.
This problem is caused by a setting in the "Regional and Language Options" (Windows Control Panel) not being set to English. To remedy the problem, go to the Windows Control Panel and select "Regional and Language Options". Go to the Advanced tab and set the "Language for non-Unicode Programs" toEnglish.
