Ask a question:

What is an Omitted or Hidden Picture?

Solution

In HORTICOPIA® Professional, users can choose to "omit" (or hide in version IV) certain pictures. If a user omits a picture for a certain plant, that picture will not show up in slideshows or picture sheets. This allows users to control which pictures are present in these documents.

Omitting a Picture

Version V

Double-click on a plant in the plant list to bring up its information window. If there is more than one picture in the previews tab, you can omit at least one of them. To omit a picture, right-click on the picture and select the Omit Picture command. A red border will appear around it which means that it will be omitted when printing documents.

Version IV

Double-click on a plant in the plant list to bring up its information window. If there is more than one picture in the previews tab, you can designate at least one of those as hidden. To designate one of the pictures as hidden, right-click on the picture. A red border will appear around it.

You cannot omit the Preferred Picture of a plant. If you would like to omit a Preferred Picture, you must designate a new picture as the Preferred Picture by clicking and dragging another picture into its slot. Then you can omit the picture.
