What do I do if my plant list has no entries even after I have clicked on the Clear button?

Solution
  1. Click on the Clear button with the RIGHT mouse button and from the pop-up menu click on Clear all selections. Some filtering selections, such as hardiness zone settings, do not reset when left-clicking on the Clear button.
  2. If the plant list is still incomplete, check the Collections menu and make sure that all the collections you're interested in have a check mark next to them.
  3. If the plant list is still empty, then from the Tools menu click on Launch Control Panel. You will be prompted to quit HORTICOPIA® Professional. In the Control Panel, click on the General tab, click Reset Collection Status and then click OK. Then restart HORTICOPIA® Professional.
