Use the following instructions to terminate your license if you have Version V or IV of HORTICOPIA® Professional.
Once you terminate the HortPro license, the program will no longer function on that computer.
To terminate the license:
From the Tools menu, click on Launch Control Panel.
After entering the HORTICOPIA® Control Panel, click on the Licensing tab.
Click on the button, Terminate License.
Important! After you terminate the license you will receive a termination code. You will need to save this and communicate it to the Horticopia Support staff. You can do this by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to include your name, product/activation number and the termination code. You can also communicate the termination code to us via phone. The Horticopia corporate support number is (800) 560-6186. We are open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Eastern Time . After we receive the termination code, we will then be able to authorize you on another computer.
If you install the program on a different computer, the program will run for ten days in trial mode before requiring a new authorization number. After you install, make sure to upgrade the program through our website or through the update utility.
