How do I insert a header or a footer into a document?

Version V

  1. Go to the File menu and select Document Setup.
  2. Click on the List, Data, or Pictures tab for the type of document you are creating (i.e. Data sheet, Picture sheet or List).


  3. Click on the XXX header/footer button (where XXX is the type of document you are concerned with)
  4. Insert the desired information.

Each typer of document has its own header and footer information.

 

Version IV

  1. Go to the File menu and select Document Setup.

  2. Click on the List, Data, or Pictures tab for the type of document you are creating (i.e. Data sheet, Picture sheet or List).

  3. Click on the button, Headers and Footers...
  4. Insert the desired information.

Each type of document has its own header and footer information.
