L. Clement received his Ph.D. in plant pathology from Purdue University.
He currently serves as center director and plant pathologist for the Home
and Garden Information Center at the University of Maryland Cooperative
Extension. The Home and Garden Information Center is a unique extension
program nationally that offers environmental horticulture information to
the public through an 800 phone service, diagnostic Web site, fact sheets,
Master Gardener program, and student interns. The center also fosters applied
environmental horticulture research projects for the green industries. |
